It Halloween Costumes

need help making BOP IT halloween costume... what to use to make Twist it part?
look like this http://www.collegehumor.com/picture:1786536 look like this http://www.collegehumor.com/picture:1786... i figured i would buy construction paper and make it in to a 3d type spiral for twist it... use a roll of paper towel (just the core) for pull it... and draw bop it on a white tee with markers... what do you think?

I honestly don't get it... (halloween costume question,)?
Okay, so I got my period last year (if your a guy be MATURE.) soo they say when you get your period your offically a "woman." if this is true, then when I'm searching for a halloween costume, (I'm 13 btw) should I look under "girls" or "womans" ?? on the website, there isn't a teen section. :(
