Frankenstein Masks

Are the stores putting Halloween merchandise out too early?
I've seen Halloween items at Walgreens, TJ MAXX, CVS, Filenes, etc since August 1st. Last year I remember seeing it after Sept 1st. before that, Late september. Isnt August 1 too early for Halloween items to be out? My daughter has been planning Halloween all this month after seeing the items. I saw a mother buy a Frankenstein mask for her son at Walgreens and he also wore it while walking in the street.

is it still cool to trick or treat? im already 22?
i'm 22 and this halloween i wanna go out and trick or treat a bag of candies. you see, i'm only 5'6'' tall, and i been this height since i was 13, so i think a lot of 12-13 yr olds are my height, so i dont think anyone would know for sure espeically if i have a frankenstein mask i could also disguise my voice and talk in a higher pitch to make me sound younger. and yes i will be TOT alone by myself. but i just want some free candy im hungry, and everything is so expensive at the mall i cant afford to buy it. the only reason i have a frankenstein mask is because my mom brought it for me when i was 15
