Tips on how to refrain from self-harm?
I've lost a lot of people over the past year - people I would be asking for help from now, if they were still around. I've never been good with emotions, and generally I use humour to hide my emotions. Right now, I don't have anyone left to confide in, so I'm finding it very hard to keep this mask up. As I said, I've lost a lot of people over the past year, and without them I resorted to self-harm. A lot. I've stopped now, but the scars on my wrist are a constant reminder, and while some days it's easier than others, right now I'm having a very hard time not to because I recently lost another person. I was wondering if anyone knew any tips on how to keep from doing it? Thank you very much :) I really appreciate any help :)
