Plastic Masks

Where can I buy a Lock Shock and Barrel Mask?
You know from nightmare before christmas? There like 300$ on ebay!!!! is there like a costume store any were that sells just the plastic masks?or maybe even the costumes? i just need the mask!...help please~ ^-^

How might I make a velvet masquerade mask? Could I just glue some velvet to a cheap plastic mask?
I?m going to make a masquerade mask sometime in the near future. I really wanted one that?s made out of velvet and I was wondering if it was possible to just glue some velvety material to one of those cheap plastic masks sold at party stores. Would if glue on smoothly, or would it be all bumpy and wrinkly? If that doesn?t work, do you know of any other ways to make a velvet mask? I don?t want to buy one because I?m kind of poor.
