Is it ok to go around the neighborhood in a mask now. Its Halloween!?
Is it ok to go around the neighborhood in a mask now. Its Halloween!? Well its actually pretty much over but its like 12:15 AM on November 1st so would this be ok?
I have a very scary mask that looks like a serial killer mask and I want to play some pranks on girls and scare them in the area with having fun. Its Halloween and I was wondering if this is acceptable behavior with ringing neighbors doorbells and jumping up in the mask?! This isnt trickortreating but more like pranks as long as noone is hurt and we are safe but I want to do some pranks and walk around in the area in a scary mask when I am too old to be trick or treating. Can a cop stop me for that? I dont know if I should take the big risk now. I have a half hour left before Halloween ends!
